It’s not our first time here at TUC Craft. But it is our first for brunch. We just so happen to be in the area and was looking for a place to eat.
I had the Elevated Diner which was 2 free run eggs – ANY STYLE, pork belly crackling, sourdough toast, and BC new potatoes. The pork belly was seasoned very well, sauce was almost unnecessary. But wish I had more of the crackling. The toast was a bit hard other than it was decent for a $12 brunch.
My fiancée had the pork hock and eggs which had two free run eggs sunny, Gelderman Farm braised pork hock, red chili reduction, and BC nugget potatoes.
If you are in the area for brunch, I’d suggest giving TUC Craft a try. But do come early if you want to get the chicken & waffles, they just ran out when I wanted to order one.
